Dear Business Owners/Representatives,

Spring is here! Already things are gearing up to be a busy one. We are proud to announce the Serpents Shimmy’s Second Annual Charity Fundraiser. We want to once more extend a heartfelt thank you to those that have helped us last year. This year we are once more working to bring together a performance to raise money for Haven, ROC Wheels and the Livingston Community Garden.

The September Show promises to be better than ever with new choreography and dancers. The performance will be at the Ellen Theatre in Bozeman, Saturday September 25th. 100% of the profits made from the September Show are divided between the participating Non-profit Charities. Participants have the opportunity to set up a table with information about what they do, collect donations and raise awareness for their charity.

All sponsorships will be recognized in our event program, newsletters and on our host website, http://www.lillyserpentine.com/.  For sponsorships up to $100, the business will receive a one year advertising spot on all our promotional material for events held in 2011; for up to $250 the business logo or personal name will be displayed on our events banner for 2011; for up to $500 the business or person will receive the above including one 30 minute contractual performance held at said business or events center.

We look forward to serving the community through Dance and Fundraising this year. We are all individuals coming together to make a difference for children, families and our community.
